that means you probably made the transaction without going through your account (or that it was created afterward, in which case your purchase won't appear there..)

To contact the site, it's here-------> eBay customer service
Do this preferably during office hours and ask to be called back.
If you can't find your purchase here-------> https://www.ebay.fr/mye/myebay/purchase
that means you probably made the transaction without going through your account (or that it was created afterward, in which case your purchase won't appear there..)
You then need to do what's in this link-------------> Get help if you bought an item without being registered | eBay
Don't forget to check your spam folder in case a transaction confirmation email got lost there...
