Hello, I’d like to contact a member whose username I only know. How can I do that on eBay? Before, you could search by username, but I can’t figure it out in this version of the search tool. Has the process changed? Regards

Hello @armellebarth

You can do it another way

In the URL address bar of your browser, enter:

https://feedback.ebay.fr/fdbk/feedback_profile/

Your username will automatically appear right after profile/ : delete it and replace it with the member's username, then confirm and you'll go straight to their feedback profile, which has a contact link at the top right.

Regards
