Content stolen by the post office or a subcontractor

Hello ,

I received a tracked letter this morning, but the contents had been stolen by postal staff or a subcontractor. The envelope had been opened with a cutter and the contents taken. I filed a complaint online, but I was told it will end up in the trash.
What recourse do I have?

Hello

There is no guarantee for a tracked letter.
For a guarantee, registered mail is required.

Indeed, I was able to see that the police had other fish to fry and the postman did not want to hear about it
