Appeal of a decision on return of a product not as described

Hello,
I received a pair of Ray-Bans with the reference RB4075 601/58 61-16-130.
However, the product received does not match the model shown in the listing.
The listing photo shows a different version of the RB4075, with a wider and more angular frame geometry, which is precisely the model I wanted to replace.
I bought this item based on the listing photos.
The product received has a different design from the one shown.
I sent a message to the seller, who is not responding.
I am therefore requesting a return and a refund on the grounds of an item not conforming to the description, but Ebay do not want to hear my request.
Do you have a direct email address so I can contest their decision, or any advice you can give me?
