Subject: Contesting the charge of €44 – Sale not completed
Dear Sir or Madam,
I have just been informed that you are planning to charge €44 to my account even though the sale in question did not take place.
Despite my many attempts to validate my account by entering my bank details and trying to confirm the amounts charged, I was unable to complete this validation. As a result, it was impossible for me to collect the buyer’s payment and therefore to ship the sold item.
It seems completely unjustified to me that you are planning to charge me when my account has not been validated, which shows that the registration and activation of my account are incomplete. In the absence of a completed transaction, these fees should not be applied.
I therefore ask you to cancel this charge immediately. Failing that, I will be forced to refer the matter to my legal department as well as consumer protection organizations.
While awaiting your prompt response, please accept, Madam, Sir, the expression of my distinguished salutations.
Yours faithfully
Melot lilia
