Appeal a warning message regarding a review
Summary: ysy04 received a warning for allegedly inappropriate content, but he disputes this alert, claiming that his message was courteous and factual. He is asking for a quick correction of this error. koalagris points out that the matter should be handled by customer service and not on the forum, while *miss-tigri* suggests changing certain words to avoid future problems with automated censorship systems.
Hello,
I just received a message accusing me of having posted inappropriate content, supposedly containing threats, insults, or hate speech. I would like to express my deep incomprehension at this accusation, which seems completely unfounded to me.
Here is the exact content of the review I left for a buyer: Very friendly and patient buyer. I did not send him the item purchased — my mistake. The refund was duly issued. Excellent communication.
This message is factual, courteous, and acknowledges a mistake on my part, while also highlighting the buyer’s attitude. There is absolutely no offensive word or tone. I therefore request an immediate review of this alert and the removal of any unjustified action against me.
I am a user who respects eBay’s rules, and I do not accept that my integrity be called into question without clear justification. Please provide me with precise explanations regarding this report, and correct this error as soon as possible.
Regards, Roger NORMAND

Mentor1 year agoHello
With censoring robots being what they are, no point in getting worked up about it 🤖🤖🤖
Try changing certain words like " error " and move on 😉
