Hello.I see that eBay is still on the buyer's side despite all the irrefutable evidence sent by the seller.So I am warning the community that the seller always loses, even with all the proof of their good faith.As of 30/05/2025, I sent photo proof that the address of the refused parcel did not come from my shipping address.In addition, there is a lie about the parcel not being received because I also sent a copy of the delivery trackingshowing that the parcel had indeed been picked up by the buyer.I also contacted customer service to cancel the return, but I was told it could not be canceled.I had complete confidence in eBay to resolve this dispute. But I was wrong.Take note.A seller who is considering deleting his account.Good selling to everyone.
