Hello, I bought a Swatch Omega watch on Ebay more than a year ago and I just realized that it was a counterfeit when I had to change the battery recently.
This operation had required removing the case back because the battery was not accessible under the cap! After checking, SwatchShop confirmed to me that this watch was counterfeit because on the original model the battery is located exactly under the cap and the back is not removable!
Question: knowing it was a "scam" and given how long ago it was delivered, is any recourse still possible?

On eBay ... =---> No.... it's too late... the deadlines have passed.
However, if you have kept your seller's contact details, you can take action “privately” by reporting this counterfeit ---->
