My buyer (who paid on Ebay) is not responding to my requests for an email address or phone number, which I need to make a Mondial Relay

Put yours in, and you can send the delivery info back to him via eBay messaging.

Thanks for that reply, which I hadn't thought of, but on the other hand that won't work, since it doesn't seem to open my messages.
In the end, the package will have been paid for and will be returned to me.

If your buyer doesn’t respond by Sunday.... put your phone number or your email...
But you’ll have to track your parcel instead of the buyer and let them know when the parcel has arrived at the pickup point so they can collect it...

If that is the case, you will only refund the item itself (not the shipping), knowing that failing to collect a parcel voids the eBay customer guarantee.
