I'll keep it brief: on 26.6.2025 I ordered the above item for €282, then received several emails saying delivery was in progress, then delayed, etc... my account was debited - I never received this item despite the many, many emails to EBAY , but nothing, then I contacted the seller ecommarcants in ROme, ""yes, we'll call you back"...I'm still waiting
in short, I was scammed out of €282 thanks Italians and especially thanks EBAY

in case an item is not received, you open a dispute, within 30 days max from the delivery deadline date:

That's the only procedure to follow in such a case...

Mentor7 months agoYou don't have to worry about that mention: either it’s delivered or it isn’t, end of story.
And for the dispute for non-receipt, it’s between: delivery deadline + 1 and delivery deadline + 30 (before that it’s too early and after that it’s too late).
