It has been 1 month and 20 days since a dispute was closed
I was supposed to receive a refund for an item from Ebay
But to this day nothing in my account
I ask to be called on my mobile but they do not do it.
they tell me that the dispute is closed. Yes closed but not refunded?
What should I do
