Return coupon not received
Summary: stass67000 bought a non-compliant CD on eBay, with a photocopied sleeve, and opened a dispute via PayPal. They express frustration because eBay won’t get involved due to the PayPal dispute, and the seller is not providing the return label despite the listing stating that the costs are covered. *miss-tigri* advises settling the issue with PayPal. Mentor4 months agoHello
Since you opened a dispute on PayPal, eBay will not intervene in your dispute ..
Check with PayPal to see whether the return shipping is at your expense or how to proceed.

OP4 months agoHello miss tigri , in the end it was eBay that gave me the return voucher, normally after messages sent to the seller they did not provide us with the return coupon; on the listing it is clearly written in black and white that they cover the return costs. Anyway, for PayPal they don’t make things complicated, basically it’s fend for yourself, it’s a shame that people don’t know how to sell compliant products ...Kind regards
