Hello, I bought stainless steel knives that are guaranteed for life. It took 30 days between the order and delivery. I’m in New Caledonia. After 2 months my knives rusted, but that’s beyond eBay’s coverage period. The seller Impact Knive only refunds me part of the value, $45 out of a $296 purchase. I keep explaining to eBay that the return is going to cost me a lot and that it’s up to the seller to cover the fees. I’m not even asking to be refunded the taxes I had to pay. I’m asking for a full refund of all the knives, 43 exactly. And eBay closes the request because the deadline has passed? Do you have any idea to suggest or what I can do? I’m lost and losing a lot of money. I would like the email address to file a complaint. Or to find a solution. A 3-month guarantee, they’re making a fool of me. I’ve never had this problem and I’m very upset. Thank you for helping me or giving me a solution. Partial refund means I have to send the knives back? That will cost me more than 150 euros in postage fees and, if they send them back to me, I’ll have to pay shipping as well as taxes.
I don’t know what to do anymore. Help please SOS
