I sent an item by registered mail directly through the post office without going through ebay. The item is shown to me as delivered by the post office. But the buyer is not confirming receipt of the parcel. As a result, the payment is still blocked until a certain date. Beyond that, I fear the sale will be canceled and that I will lose the item and the payment. What is the situation? Thank you
