URSSAF declaration
Hello
I’m a micro-entrepreneur (self-employed), do I also declare the eBay fees that I didn’t receive + the international sales on the other shops besides eBay France?

Your turnover = what the buyer pays and not what you receive..
You must also add to eBay turnover the amount you made on other platforms and/or your personal website.
As for VAT... see here----> Determine my turnover - Autoentrepreneur.urssaf.fr
This may lead to discussions with URSSAF if eBay gave you a turnover amount including VAT and not excluding VAT.....
You cannot deduct any fees...
