Hello ,

I did receive the item I bought by letter, but neither I nor the seller can mark the item as delivered. Is there a way to mark it as delivered

no: the "delivered" status is automatic, tied to the tracking number

if it’s sent without tracking it will never be marked as delivered

the buyer can only leave a rating, nothing else

so it’s possible that the seller has to wait longer to get paid (funds held for new sellers or occasional sellers)
