Customs clearance in France

Hello,
Following a message from the delivery company, I need to provide an invoice with the US company's EROI that sold me a product, as well as their VAT number.
After contacting the seller, he told me to sort it out with Ebay...
I couldn't find a category for Ebay to edit an invoice or handle this international transfer.
Could you give me the link to the right category on support ?
And can you confirm that it is not up to the seller to provide me with the documents needed for customs ??

Just like in France, it is up to the seller to provide the appropriate information so that customs clearance can be carried out...
If they refuse to give you the necessary info.. the parcel will be sent back to them because it won't be able to be delivered to you.
It's as simple as that...

Thanks for your reply, I opened a dispute for item not received (6 days past the deadline date).
The dispute is waiting for additional documents from the seller.
