I would like to report a very frustrating problem for sellers: it is impossible to combine sales and send a revised invoice from the eBay app.
For example, I sold two items to the same buyer internationally. I would like to create a single invoice with combined shipping fees, but the app offers no option to do so. I am forced to use a computer or the “desktop” version of a browser, which is completely impractical when you manage your sales only from a phone.
This is a basic feature for any serious seller, and it is incomprehensible that the eBay app does not offer it. Thank you for kindly passing this issue on to your teams and for planning an update that will finally make it possible to combine sales and edit an invoice directly in the app.

to avoid this problem, all you need to do is set up your listings from the start with “rules for fixed shipping costs”:

Once that’s done, shipping cost discounts will apply automatically.
For example, a buyer buys 2 pocket watches from you. For the 1st, they’ll pay 5 euros in shipping costs and for the second 1 euro (or more depending on what you’ve set up).
