Hello everyone, On May 27, I ordered and paid with Paypal for an auto part from a seller apparently located in Germany. Since the delivery time was well past due (and the package tracking was ineffective), I contacted the seller so that he could contact the carrier (apparently in Holland). A few days later, ebay refunded me for the item. The package arrived at my home almost 2 weeks late. The seller contacted me today (ebay messaging) to ask whether I would rather reimburse him or send the item back. I am willing to reimburse him. Can I do it directly through Paypal or do I need to go through an ebay service? Thank you.
