Deadline for refund of the amount paid for an item not delivered.
Having ordered and paid for an item in mid-November and knowing that the seller never responds, I am cancelling the sale, which is allowed by eBay. It is now the end of January and I have not been refunded. Obviously, still no response. What can I do besides starting legal proceedings?

Mentor2 years ago"I cancel the sale" = by what process exactly? (a buyer can only cancel within the hour after purchase)
"start a procedure" = the time limit to open a dispute for an item not received is 30 days from the delivery deadline (so I’m afraid it’s a bit late for a mid-November purchase)
