I would like to report that the seller's behavior is unfair and unacceptable. At the time of purchase, the seller's page did not mention that the item was not eligible for return. The seller now claims that this information was stated there, which was absolutely not the case originally.

I was forced to cancel the return of my item, because the seller only offered me 1 euro, an offer that I formally refused.

I therefore ask that this situation be examined carefully and that the return of the item be accepted in accordance with consumer rights and the rules in force.
