Exceeding my €3,000 monthly budget

How can I be notified that I still have about more than €600 left to sell for the month of May, when I have only sold a total of €375
I do have a monthly sales amount of €3,000 ?
Knowing that my last sales date back to 2023

NO.... it's per year... and all platforms or sales sites combined....
