Following the eBay email about the DAC7 directive, I read that the amount of our sales is transmitted to the German tax authorities (BZSt), since eBay GmbH is based in Germany. After reading a post on this forum from last year, I understand that the German tax authorities then pass this information on to the French tax authorities for sellers who are residents in France. Is that correct?
