Hello, I ordered an item from USA to United Arab Emirates. While I was checking the position of the parcel, I saw that the parcel has been delivered/left to an individual at Glendale Heights in IL (it is supposed to be delivered in Dubai). On eBay, the item is still on transit... I am worrying about my delivery. Do you know is it is just normal? Is there an eBay international hub in Glendale Heights? Thanks in advance for your advices.

Thank you very much. I'm not particularly worried about the delay, but having seen a delivery to someone in Glendale Heights yesterday, I thought my package had been delivered to the wrong person.
