Hello, I have someone who bought an item from me. I used eBay’s packlink to ship to a pickup point. The package left on Saturday 9 May. The sender is in the Paris region, France and the recipient in the Paris region, France. This morning, 10 May, the user tells me that he doesn't want delivery to a pickup point because he doesn't want to travel. What am I supposed to do? Wait for Chronopost to lose the package?
