Request for help with selling without consent

Hello, I had a listing for a few months, the item was sold outside the site and I see that a buyer sent the listing price to my eBay account, which is set to "blocked".
How can I cancel this sale so that the person can get their money back? Is there a phone number to contact someone?

What do you mean "sale without consent" ??? 😮 🤔 = from the moment you post an ad on the site, that counts as consent; if you sell the item elsewhere, you have to, logically, remove the eBay listing.
