cancellation request
Hello,
I wanted to buy a nail from Paris but the nail is bent
The saleswoman confirmed to me that the nail was bent, but offered another one that is very oxidized with marks in the metal
The saleswoman is offering me a cancellation
Who is supposed to carry out the cancellation if both parties agree?

After 1 hour has passed since the transaction, it’s up to the seller to cancel it.
Send this guide to your seller if they don’t know how to do it---> Cancel an order as a seller | eBay

So, what that means is that we can always ask the seller to cancel an auction sale even if I am the highest bidder and the auction has ended?
Can we ask the seller to cancel after the sale?.

the seller can also refuse the cancellation and report you to eBay for non-payment of the transaction, which could block you from bidding if you do it again .
