Good morning, I purchased an item on January 1 on eBay.fr. However, unlike the shipping option the seller initially stated (shipping to my address), the seller chose delivery to a pickup point. Since I am not currently in France, I was unable to collect the parcel in person. By mutual agreement with the seller, the delivery to the pickup location was canceled. We then agreed to cancel the order. However, the seller keeps insisting that the cancellation process must be carried out by me, the buyer, myself. I then opened a return request for the item, but since I did not receive the item, I cannot provide return shipping information. Therefore, the return process cannot proceed. So, I would like to know what the proper course of action is in this situation. Also, the seller informed me that if the shipment is not marked as delivered in the tracking system, the order will be automatically canceled on February 3. I would also like to know whether this information is consistent with eBay's policies and how the system works. Thank you in advance for your help. Sincerely,
