Bad payers are more or less penalized if you set your account up correctly for that purpose. If there are two reports for unpaid items, they are blocked by most sellers. Bad payers are more or less penalized if you set your account up correctly for that purpose. If there are two reports for unpaid items, they are blocked by most sellers.
You can also block unwanted usernames.
