Request for group purchases and cumulative shipping fees

Hello

I have difficulties with some buyers and generally foreign ones, who can't ask me to combine several items into a single order and allow me to adjust the shipping costs

I read that some people didn't have the option "request total from seller" depending on the mobile phones used

If there is an option or a change to my listings, I'm interested

If you haven't already done so... check whether the settings for your "shipping" section, following the instructions in the link below, will resolve your buyers' issues--->

Hello

Sorry but my problem with the option not being offered for “ask for the total” persists and is driving customers away!

In account settings / shipping preferences

- group shipping:

Rule for fixed shipping costs / NOT INDICATED because I want the request to combine orders to be made to me systematically
Rule on promotional shipping costs / INDICATED free shipping for orders > 150€

-Allow invoice requests

ALLOWED

I have no more ideas and it’s really getting me down across my 3 accounts
