I am reaching out to you regarding an order placed by mistake on eBay. Within a minute of my purchase, I immediately requested to cancel the order through the platform. However, the seller never responded to my request.

At present, the status indicates that I must wait for the package to be shipped and then request a refund, subject to the seller's approval. However, I absolutely do not want to receive this order, having requested its cancellation as quickly as possible.

Could you tell me how to proceed in order to exercise my right to cancel and avoid receiving an item I do not want?
