Dispute request for item not received but delivered

Hello,
I sold an expensive item, the tracking says it was delivered but the buyer filed a claim for item not received 2 days after delivery in order to block my Ebay balance.
How can I get Ebay to step in on this dispute? The option to report a problem and ask Ebay to intervene is not available, as stated in their FAQ.
I’m asking for Ebay to intervene as quickly as possible because it’s obvious this dispute won’t be resolved amicably.
