Refund request
Hello, I just bought a bottle of wine. The seller tells me they broke the bottle and asks me to cancel the order so I can be refunded, but when I try to cancel my purchase it says the order is already being shipped and refuses my cancellation. On the delivery tracking it says the package is being prepared by the sender. How do I get a refund for my purchase? Thanks in advance
