refund request
HELLO ,
I BOUGHT A STARTER KIT FROM N7 AUTO PIECE
THE PART DOES NOT WORK SO I MADE A RETURN BY POST WITH PROOF
AND THE SELLER DID NOT WANT TO ISSUE THE REFUND
THEY ARE OFFERING ME A CREDIT NOTE
I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND OF 250 EUROS

For eBay to step in regarding the refund, you need to go through the return procedure (follow it to the letter and within the allotted time):
