Excerpt from this help page (but the timeframe is the same regardless of the reason for the refund):

"The refund is issued to your original payment method and the funds are usually available within 3 to 5 business days. If your refund is issued to a credit card, depending on the card-issuing institution, it may take up to 30 days for it to appear on your statement."
If these timeframes have passed, contact customer service.
