Partial refund request - enter amount

I can't enter a partial refund amount on the buyer customer's return request!?
amount entry in red is invalid !
How do I do it?

You are indeed putting a comma and not a period in the total q?
Otherwise, you’ll need to contact customer service to see what’s causing the issue.
