Feedback request
Summary: ladecouverte shared a situation involving a buyer who opened a dispute for "item not received," which was closed in their favor, and then claimed "missing parts" for the same item. They suspect an attempt to abuse the dispute system. koalagris advises them to contact eBay customer service directly and reminds them that it is forbidden to mention usernames on the forum. They also mention that only one dispute can be opened per transaction, unless the buyer uses an external payment provider like PayPal.

On eBay there's only 1 dispute possible per transaction, so I guess your buyer was able to open a second one by going through their payment provider (PayPal for example).
Best regards
P.S. : for your info, it's forbidden to mention usernames on the forum
