Request for feedback
Good evening, after requesting a return, I was directed to a return slip but apparently the minimum amount is 12.18€ minimum, knowing that my purchase is very light and is not worth that amount, is it possible to use another carrier that will be much cheaper?

The important thing is above all to have tracking and insurance in case your return is lost or damaged...
A "return slip" is only a shipping label issued by any carrier indicating the sender, the recipient, the rate with the weight...
It's up to you to decide whether the return of your item is actually pointless... and/or whether it would be better to keep it to resell later...
