Hello,
I ordered a refurbished phone a few months ago, I'm trying to contact the seller but I can't send a message, I always get an error message "An error occurred. Please try again later.."
It's already been several days that I've been trying in vain.
How can I contact them?

Try cleaning your computer > cookies > temporary files > clear cache > see about changing browser

OP1 year agoI tried from 2 browsers.
I bought it in January and I had 1 year of warranty.
I tried to contact the seller without going through eBay, but he says to go through eBay 😔

"he says to go through eBay " = your seller’s quite a joker, because if you bought it 1 year ago, the eBay buyer protection has expired long ago, and he knows it very well...
That leaves only HIS 1-year warranty: if he’s a pro seller in France, you put him on formal notice to honor his commitments by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt (his contact details are listed on his eBay account and on his listings).
