Summary: touteenunmarket is concerned about a potential scam regarding the purchase of a RTX 3070 Ti graphics card at a price well below market value on eBay. The seller has little sales history and does not accept returns. touteenunmarket worries about whether they will be refunded if there is a problem with the product. max2661953 reassures them by mentioning that the purchase is covered by eBay’s customer guarantee.
Hello, I’m interested in a graphics card RTX 3070 TI Suprim x 8gb and I won an auction, the issue is that the price accepted by the seller is €306 with free shipping for a model that sells for €450 on **bleep** in general. He did send me a photo of the graphics card with his eBay username next to it. In the listing, the model is clearly specified as well as the condition of the card “used”. The seller only has one sale and one feedback to his name and I’m really afraid of getting scammed. On the listing it is specified that he does not accept returns and when paying, it is specified to me that the purchase is covered by the eBay customer guarantee.
If I pay, receive the item, and the graphics card is not working or is not the correct model as indicated in the listing, will I be refunded?
Thank you for your help.
PS: I can provide photos of the listing if in doubt.
