Request for information on updating listings following the new RGPD regulations

I'm reaching out for your help today because I received a message about the new RSGP regulations that will take effect on December 13. Like many of you, I need to update my listings to make sure they fully comply with the new requirements.
I'm wondering which information is mandatory to include and which is optional. I've already started making a few changes, but I'd like to be sure I'm not forgetting anything or misinterpreting anything.
If someone has already made this update or has any advice to share, I would be really grateful for any suggestions or recommendations. Your experience could help me move forward more quickly and with more confidence.
