I have a problem with a return for an item I bought that doesn’t match and arrived broken. I asked for the return; it’s been 15 days / when and where will eBay step in on the return because I can’t get a return label from the seller
Ok yes, I followed the procedure carefully, the seller authorized the return, but did not send a return label
regulation stating that the buyer is not supposed to pay return shipping costs, the seller is stalling, so in my return history there are no other choices except "mark as sent, contact the seller, close this request, FAQ". I get the impression that this is going to have to be sorted out with PayPal
Fortunately, yes, and the internet is great for that, for a return abroad, sites like FedEx, or even the French post office among others, do it very well, you just have to send the link to said site by message and fill out the France parcel shipment form (the buyer’s address) to the return country (the seller’s address) of course if the item has a certain value, because when it arrives broken ..... or when the value of the item itself is below, which is not the case for me, the seller is in France

If you have followed the return procedure correctly, you can ask eBay to step in

if your seller is outside France, they can't send you a return slip.

if your seller is in France and return shipping is their responsibility, you should be able to involve eBay as part of the dispute.
From what you say, that doesn't seem to be the case, so you should contact customer service to find out why.
