Hello,   does anyone on this forum have a solution for getting a response to my requests... I have made at least 7 or 8 complaints to obtain this famous document again, 1 month ago, Ebay was replying to me with standard responses like we will get back to you etc etc but never with a concrete solution, and for 1 month now I no longer even receive any copy of my sent messages, even when clicking on a request for a copy, and Ebay remains completely silent apart from the usual message we will r...
