[Reference] It’s been received, but the size is small, When I made my purchase, I saw that the seller offered free returns. Why do I have to return it now ? Do I have to pay the return shipping myself?? That’s not normal!!!

did you take the size indicated in the listing?
If yes, the seller is not responsible for the fact that your item doesn’t fit you, so return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If on the other hand there is a size error compared to the listing, the return shipping costs are the seller’s responsibility
Clothing sizes vary depending on the brand.
Before any purchase, you need to ask the seller questions and request the measurements if they are not listed in the ad.
