eBay has sent me messages several times asking me to provide documents for identity verification. I sent them, but they keep asking me for them in a loop. When I explained to them that I don’t have any water, electricity, etc. bills, they asked again. They also asked me for an invoice for the items listed for sale. I sent an invoice from the latest sale, but they told me that wasn’t it. So I explained that I didn’t understand what they were expecting, and once again they keep asking me in a loop. I can no longer list any items for sale or make a withdrawal request for the money left in the account.
what should I do? I’m running out of solutions, given that I’ve been on eBay for many years, and this is the first time this has happened. This is my only income...
