I’m having a problem with returning an item.
I requested the return a few days ago, and the seller isn’t responding to my messages.
I’d like to ask eBay to step in, but when I go to the details of my return, there isn’t the option « ask eBay to step in »

Has this deadline passed?
It's only at that point that you'll have the button to ask eBay to step in..
