Request a new payment for a returned item
Hello, the buyer didn’t go pick up their Mondial Relay parcel; it was returned to me.
How do I charge for a new shipment to this buyer who is asking me to send it again?

Not possible via ebay: you need to agree on a direct payment method between you and the buyer (check, paypal, bank transfer, etc).
