I bought a motorcycle part on Ebay for the 1st time with the correct reference, except the part wasn't the right one.
I contacted Ebay to let them know it wasn't the right part, and they replied telling me to get in touch with the seller,
which I did; I informed the seller, explaining my return of the part.
The seller tells me to send the part back and that I would be fully refunded. To this day, he wants to hear nothing about it and no longer wants to refund me.
What should I do to get refunded?

To make a return for a refund, you need to follow the instructions in this link---->
Return an item to get a refund | eBay
Make this request and since the item has already been returned, enter the tracking number there.
Everything has to be done within 30 days of receiving the package.. and you can also ask eBay for help there if needed
