I ran into a problem: I sold some items through their platform, they blocked the funds and the buyer did receive the package. eBay keeps asking for more and more documents until they find documents we can't provide, transaction value 1700€

we shouldn't let ourselves be pushed around by their illegal practices, they think that most of the time they ask for documents they don't have the right to ask for or that have nothing to do with our company

What type of documents are they asking you for?
