Restrictions have been applied to your account: Rules on the location of the item
Summary: evil_pikatchu raises a recurring problem with emails from Ebay concerning items that do not comply with the place of sale, without precise explanations. Despite corrections made to the address, the problem persists. lingma85 suggests contacting François at Ebay for help. The discussion topic is related to restrictions concerning the rule about the item's location.
Hello,
For several months now I have been receiving emails regularly from Ebay.
This rather vague and unclear email says each time that items listed for sale do not match the place of sale and that I can see further down (in their email) the listings concerned.
But there is never any concerned listing enumerated.
In addition, I already contacted customer service and was told that the problem came from the fact that I had put a comma between the house number and the street....
This nasty comma was therefore immediately removed, but the regular emails from Ebay keep coming back... Could there still be one accent too many or a capital letter in the wrong place ?
Well anyway, if anyone has an idea of how to solve this problem, my address has not changed in 20 years and the shipping costs as well as the place where the item is located are clearly indicated in each listing, I also have no idea how it could be changed...
